Tribute to Sir Tony Lloyd

The PHRG would like to pay tribute to the late Tony Lloyd MP, and his work on behalf of the Group in his role as Chair from 2022 until his death in January 2024. 

Tony’s commitment to a wide range of international human rights causes and his compassion for victims of serious human rights violations, as well as for Human Rights Defenders working in challenging environments, was always evident during his time as PHRG Chair.
